Our first release of our Rye and Wheat distillate
Aged for 40 months in our ex mezky barrels, this whisky has the subtle smoke and aroma of mezcal. It stays true to the flavor profile of mezky.
Tasting notes – Oily and sweet. Notes of toasted caramel with sea salt, white pepper and lemon-chocolate on the nose leaving a drying freshly cut hay finish.
